100% Refund if Unsatisfied After the First Lesson
If you're not satisfied after your first formal lesson, we issue a full, unconditional refund — no "processing fees" deducted.
Flexible Installments
The Navigator plan supports 3 installments and the Summit plan 6, interest-free, with payments synced to your course progress.
Unused Hours Refundable
If you end the service midway, unused hours are refunded at the contract rate via the original payment channel within 7 working days.
Frequently Asked Questions on Fees
Every student differs in the number of target schools, subject direction, and current foundation — so the hours and service mix differ too. After the free assessment, you receive a written proposal listing the hours, service details, and exact total. The written quote is the final price and does not change after signing.
Every lesson is taught personally by a tutor from Oxford, Cambridge, a G5 university, or an Ivy League school in your own discipline, and includes lesson preparation, written post-lesson feedback, and end-to-end follow-up from your application project manager. We price by the cost of results, not the cost of hours — preparation done right the first time is far cheaper than inefficient repetition.
Yes. À la carte fees can be credited in full against the corresponding plan within 90 days. For example, if you start with PS refinement and later upgrade to the Navigator plan, the full amount is deducted — effectively "try first, decide later."
Unsatisfied after the first lesson: request within 48 hours for a full refund. Ending the service mid-term: after a written request, we calculate unused hours and refund them at the contract rate within 7 working days. All refund terms are written into the body of the contract — no word games.
Each application season we offer a limited number of Hanan International Scholarships for academically outstanding students with limited budgets, covering 20%–50% of plan fees. Apply during your assessment and submit academic transcripts. In addition, both returning students and the new students they refer receive complimentary lesson hours.
